### The job

The standard clutch job on a Doblò 1.6 MultiJet van when the dual-mass flywheel is still healthy. The kit renews the self-adjusting cover, the 240 mm disc and the central slave cylinder, so the gearbox only comes out once. The self-adjusting cover keeps the pedal consistent as the disc wears.

### Check alongside

Measure the flywheel play and runout while the gearbox is out; if it is worn, the FULLPACK 837456 covers everything behind the gearbox. No special tools are needed to fit this kit. Bleed the clutch hydraulics after fitting, and check the input shaft seal for oil while the gearbox is out.
