Complete filter unit
The WK 5025 is replaced as a whole: housing and media in one piece, so there is no element to swap or housing to clean. Very fine media protects the high-pressure pump and injectors, and water is separated from the diesel before it can cause corrosion in the injection system.
Service set
On a service the workshop usually replaces it together with the oil filter HU 8014 z, air filter C 29 021 and cabin filter CU 34 003 for the same car, so one order covers the filters. The fitment list shows exactly which versions it suits. Log the change in the service book and reset the service indicator.
