What it does
The CU 2040 filters the air coming into the cabin through the heating and ventilation system. Its particle media stops pollen, road dust and soot while leaving enough airflow for fast demisting. It is the standard replacement for the original filter and the right choice for most customers.
Service set
On a service the workshop usually replaces it together with the oil filter HU 712/11 x, air filter C 21 106 and fuel filter PU 7005/1 for the same car, so one order covers the filters. Check the fitment notes before ordering, since the right part depends on the vehicle's equipment or build date. Log the change in the service book and reset the service indicator.
