The job
On the Model 3 the refrigerant loop also cools the battery, so a leaking condenser affects more than cabin comfort. This replacement has the receiver-drier built in and a 391 x 644 mm aluminium core. Valeo also lists 236503 for the same car, so compare with the part fitted.
Check alongside
The A/C loop on an EV runs through the heat pump and battery cooling, so follow the carmaker procedure for evacuating and charging it. Check the refrigerant on the car label before charging. Keep the ports capped until fitting and use new O-rings lubricated with the correct oil.
