The job
On the ID.4 the refrigerant loop also manages battery temperature, so a damaged condenser matters for charging and range as well as comfort. This is the direct replacement: a compact 349 x 351 mm aluminium core with no drier built in.
Check alongside
The drier is a separate part on this car, so replace it when the loop is opened. Follow the carmaker procedure for the heat pump circuit when evacuating and charging. Keep the ports capped until fitting and use new O-rings lubricated with the correct compressor oil.
