On the job
The job it does
A complete front axle set for the BMW 320d (G20). The pads measure 129 x 70 mm and are 18 mm thick, made to fit the Lucas caliper, and the friction material is ECE R90 approved and matched to the original for bite and wear. The box includes anti-squeal shims, fitting accessories and caliper bolts, so worn hardware does not go back on.
Fitting it
Measure the discs while the wheels are off; if they are near the minimum thickness, replace them with the pads. The backing plates take a wear sensor, which is ordered separately, so check the old one. Clean and grease the caliper guides, push the piston back gently and bed the pads in with a few moderate stops.
