The job
Idle shake felt through the seats and steering wheel usually means the engine-side hydro mount has lost its fluid. This hydraulic mount carries the engine end of the MQB 2.0 TDI and damps idle vibration the way the original does. It is the latest febi revision of the part; febi also lists 105676 for the same cars.
Alongside it
Support the engine from above before removing the old mount. Check the rear pendulum mount, 108020, and the gearbox mount, 38515, at the same time; a full set of three is the usual cure for a harsh idle and take-off.
