The job
The right-hand hydraulic engine mount for the W205 C 220 d. As the fluid leaks out of an aged hydro mount, OM651 vibration comes through the floor and steering wheel at idle. This mount replaces the original fluid-filled design and restores the damping.
Alongside it
Fit it together with the left-hand mount, 49213, since both age at the same rate. Support the engine before removal, and check the gearbox mount at the same time: a tired gearbox mount lets vibration through too and undoes part of the improvement.
