The job
SACHS 803 125 is the upper mount that holds the front strut to the body on the Fiat Doblò Cargo 1.6 MultiJet. It has the ball bearing built in and is sold per side, with 803 126 for the right; ZF recommends 803 440 to go with it. A worn mount shows up as knocking over bumps and creaking when the steering is turned at standstill.
Alongside it
The mount carries the full weight of the corner and takes the hits from the road, so it wears along with the strut. Replacing it when the struts come out avoids a second strip-down later; add the protection kit and have the wheel alignment checked afterwards.
