01

02
UV-painted finish
Painted hat and edges keep rust off the hub face and cooling vanes.
03
PVT cooling vanes
Pillar-shaped vanes resist heat cracks better than straight vanes.
04
Sold singly
One disc per box; order two for an axle.
On the job
The job it does
OE-equivalent vented disc for the front axle of the Tesla Model Y. New it measures 355 x 25 mm and it must be replaced at 23 mm. Pillar-type (PVT) cooling vanes resist heat cracking better than straight vanes. The finish is UV-painted, which keeps the hub face and vanes free of rust.
Fitting it
Discs are always changed in axle pairs, and this one is packed singly, so order two. Fit new front pads at the same time, clean the hub face back to bare metal and check the caliper slide pins. On electric cars the brakes see little use, so check for rust on the friction ring at every service.
