The job it does
OE-equivalent solid disc for the rear axle of the VW Golf VII 2.0 TDI, Passat B8 2.0 TDI and Tiguan II 2.0 TDI. New it measures 300 x 12 mm and it must be replaced at 10 mm. The geometry matches the original disc, so no changes are needed at the hub or caliper.
Fitting it
Discs are always changed in axle pairs, and this one comes as a pair in the box. Fit new rear pads at the same time, clean the hub face back to bare metal and check the caliper slide pins. A brake fluid change is often due at the same visit. Check the PR code on the service sticker before ordering.
