The job
Front-end knocks on a W205 C 220 d usually trace back to the lower front arms. This one comes complete, with bush and ball joint fitted and the self-locking nut in the box, so there is nothing else to order. The joint has a 16 mm cone and an M16 x 1.5 thread, as on the original arm.
Alongside it
Fit the right-hand arm, 107473, at the same time and check the upper arms and tie rod ends while the car is up, as they wear over the same mileage. Finish with a wheel alignment, and recalibrate front camera or radar systems where the car has them.
