The job
Transit Customs cover big mileages with a load on, and the front drop links are among the first chassis parts to go. This 295 mm link has a galvanised finish against road salt, M12 x 1.5 studs and lock nuts in the box, and fits the left or right side of the front axle.
Alongside it
Replace both sides together. Check the anti-roll bar bushes and the lower arm bushes while the van is on the lift, as they see the same work. Tighten the nuts with the car on its wheels or the suspension loaded, so the joints are not pre-stressed at ride height.
