The job
Fits the left or right side of the RAV4 V front axle. It is a 261 mm steel link with M12 x 1.25 studs and comes with lock nuts. febi lists it for the front-wheel-drive hybrid, type AXAH52, so check the type on four-wheel-drive cars before ordering. A knock over bumps from the front is the usual symptom.
Alongside it
Replace both front links at once and hold the studs with a hex key while tightening. Check the anti-roll bar bushes and lower arm bushes at the same visit. Tighten the nuts with the car on its wheels or the suspension loaded, so the joints are not pre-stressed at ride height.
