The job
For Doblò vans where the flywheel is worn along with the clutch. The kit renews everything behind the gearbox: dual-mass flywheel, self-adjusting cover, 240 mm disc with 20 splines and the central slave cylinder, plus the flywheel and pressure plate bolts. For a working van that means one visit and one warranty.
Fitting notes
Valeo gives 30 Nm plus 55 degrees for the six flywheel bolts and lists the kit for Euro 5 engines. Valeo has a bulletin on storing and transporting DMF kits; keep the flywheel flat until it goes in. If the flywheel is healthy, the KIT3P 834525 is enough.
