The job
A new unit of the compressor type Valeo builds for the PSA 1.5 BlueHDi. It comes with a 113 mm six-groove pulley and 130 ml of PAG 46 already in it, so it goes straight on without topping up the compressor itself, and there is no exchange core to return.
Do the whole circuit
Valeo has a bulletin on flushing the loop after a compressor failure, and it is worth following: flush, fit a new drier and check the expansion valve before charging. Check the refrigerant on the car label before charging. Also check the drive belt and its tensioner, since a seized compressor often damages them.
