The job
One outer tie rod end for both sides of Model 3 and Model Y, which keeps stock simple for workshops that see a lot of Teslas. It has a 150 mm body with M14 x 1.5 threads at both ends and a lock nut in the box. Play at the steering and inner-edge tyre wear are the usual signs it is due.
Alongside it
Count the turns when removing the old end, then align the car. Check the handed front stabiliser links, 179467 and 179468, while the wheels are off, along with the inner tie rods and rack boots. Sensor calibration may be needed afterwards on cars with driver assistance.
