Valeo lists only a two-part kit for the manual Tucson 1.6 CRDi: the self-adjusting cover and the 241 mm disc. It suits the job where the release system is still good, or where the workshop sources the slave cylinder separately. The self-adjusting cover keeps the pedal feel even over the life of the disc.
Check alongside
Inspect the release bearing or slave cylinder for leaks and noise before deciding to reuse it; the gearbox has to come out again to change it later. Check the flywheel face for heat spots and cracks. No special tools are needed.
